APPLICATION AND DESCRIPTION

H05VVD3H6-F is a flat PVC cable for control and measurement connections on elevators and moving equipment in dry or humid indoor locations. Stranded copper conductors are individually PVC insulated and enclosed in a common black PVC sheath. Its flat profile supports organised multicore routing. The cable selection must be matched to the equipment’s travel, suspension and bending arrangement.

KEY FEATURES

  • 300/500V rated flat multicore construction.

  • Black PVC TM2 outer sheath with identified cores.

  • Listed combinations include 20 or 24 cores at 0.75 mm2 and 12, 14, 18 or 24 cores at 1 mm2.

SELECTION NOTES

Provide travel height, speed, acceleration, suspended length and the required core arrangement with an enquiry. Confirm the support-member construction and termination method for the selected cable before release. Use both overall dimensions to plan clamps and guides, and agree the bending direction and movement duty with the equipment supplier.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the rated voltage?

The working voltage listed is 300/500V.

Which conductor sizes are shown?

The table lists selected 0.75 and 1 mm2 multicore constructions.

How are the many cores identified?

For more than six wires, the construction specifies black cores with white numerals and a green/yellow wire.

Which operating details are needed for an elevator installation?

Supply travel height, speed, acceleration and suspended length so the suspension arrangement and movement duty can be assessed for the selected construction.

How should the flat profile be matched to clamps and guides?

Use both overall dimensions, the required bend direction and the specified cable support arrangement when selecting clamps and guides.
